Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Officer to join our team at Michael Page Property & Construction. As a key member of our property maintenance company, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the facilities across 3 residential sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilities Management: Manage and maintain the facilities across 3 residential sites, ensuring they are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Health and Safety: Implement and manage health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for facility improvement, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Budget Management: Manage service charge budgets, developing and managing budgets for facilities operations and maintenance.
- Emergency Response: Handle emergency facility situations swiftly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to residents and staff.
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards are met, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintenance Scheduling: Organise maintenance schedules, ensuring that all facilities are properly maintained and repaired.
- Experience: Proven experience in facilities management of residential spaces, with a strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Skills: Ability to manage budgets, handle contracts, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
- Qualifications: Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of around £30,000 per year.
