Facilities Coordinator

As an Apprentice Facilities Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing a comprehensive professional facilities service to all users of Perceptive offices across our estate. This includes regional operations, global reporting on ESG, HSE, compliance, and regulatory matters, including budget management for all office operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, budget, and schedule office moves and modifications, including project management tasks
- Organize building maintenance, including electrical and mechanical services
- Oversee the day-to-day services and facilities operations (maintenance, mailroom services, reception)
- Partner with Procurement to enhance supplier relationships and organize purchasing for employees' project/department supply needs and process invoices
- Undertake the full range of duties relevant to the leadership, management, and development of direct reports to ensure their performance meets and/or exceeds both the business and their own personal goals/objectives
- Responsible for BCP – planning implementation for assigned locations
- Key contact person between Perceptive and building management for all locations
- Partner with department heads and monitor BRC mandates to collect and act upon space 'Needs and Opportunities' to maximize facility value
- Site compliance for all inspections/audits, regulatory or client or statutory authorities
- Compliance with FM & building related law as required by statute
- Proactively participates in skills improvement training
- Proven ability of using Microsoft Office products (including Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Service-minded
- Experience of managing global Facilities function
- Deep knowledge of legal requirements at least one of the three major sites
- Experience of managing 3rd party, outsourced Facilities providers
- Experience of reporting team performance, managing a budget, benefits, and KPI's
- Bachelor's Degree and/or professional global facilities experience
- English: Fluent both verbal and writing
