HR and Facilities Officer

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Office Manager with a background in HR, who can provide high quality business support to a PE backed Software firm based in Nottingham in a hybrid capacity.
The successful applicant will possess previous HR experience as well as the willingness to undertake a range of other facilities and PA duties. No two days will be the same
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Oversee day to day facilities management in the office
- Support managers with HR queries and employee concerns
- Undertake broad range of HR duties with absence management, performance concerns
- Booking travel for senior stakeholders within the business
- Liaising with internal departments to understand needs and amend where required.
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience within a HR position is essential
- Experience dealing with first line employee relations queries
- Organised individual with a strong work ethic
- Good analytical and numerical skills
