René House CIC provide Supported Accommodation to homeless adults and families in Nottinghamshire.
René House CIC are currently recruiting for a HR and Office Administrator to work within their organisation. This is an opportunity for someone who is highly organised with previous HR and Office administration experience to join a growing organisation based in Nottingham.
- Experience in using Microsoft packages
- Experience working within the HR sector
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- A passion for helping others
- Good timekeeping
- Confidence to work independently
- Great organisational skills
The key duties and responsibilities of the role are
- To manage all employee data and ensure it is stored correctly
- Prepare HR documentation
- Organising inductions and training
- To take inbound calls
- To carry out admin tasks such as printing, scanning and filing
- To update and maintain relevant spreadsheets to support management
- Support with upkeep of policies and procedures
- To provide statistics to management (annual leave, sickness, and starter/leaver data)
- Coordinate staff supervisions and appraisals for management to carry out
René House CIC is a growing company, this role gives the opportunity for you to be a part of a close-knit team all with the same goal in mind. René House do their best to create a light-hearted and vibrant environment where you have the chance to be heard and have your ideas listened to.
This role is office based with the option of working from home 1-2 days a week.
**Working Hours**:
This role is 37.5hrs a week. Monday-Friday.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
