- Maintain the schedule / diary for executives and staff members.
- Ensure that correspondence from customers are answered in a timely manner.
- Coordinate meetings and agendas.
- Answer phones, direct calls, and respond to inquiries from external customers.
- Assist with preparation of quarterly, monthly, and annual reports.
- Organise and maintain department files.
- Assist with the production of presentation material.

**Salary**: £19,500.00-£22,500.00 per year
