Barry, United Kingdom Vale Domestic Abuse Service Full time

The purpose of this role is to provide financial and administrative tasks for Vale Domestic Abuse Services. Approximately a quarter of the job will be finance administration and the rest Operations and general administration work.

Key areas of focus will be on financial administration, health & safety and quality checking of CRM information.

At Vale Domestic Abuse Services we use Applied for our recruitment. Applied aims to overcome unconscious bias in recruiting. **What this job does**

Finance administration, which includes:

- Sales Ledger
- Purchase ledger
- Supplier payments
- Assist the Finance Manager with financial administration eg monitoring rents and housing benefit income

Operations Team administration, which includes:

- Client Administration Management including checking data prior to closure, sending out evaluation links and collating reports
- Assist the leadership team in the implementation of information management systems and assets

General Administration
- Assisting Finance Manager with facilities management
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality

Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £22,727.00-£23,149.00 per year
