Property Administrator/team Secretary

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to various departments. This is a dynamic position that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate calendars
- Prepare and distribute updates, letters, and other documents
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and file management
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
- Carry out property viewings and negotiate as required.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Reapit
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
