**About the role**

We are seeking a professional clinical leader to join our dedicated team within Integrated Women's, Children's and Families Services as the Head of Paediatrics where you will be accountable for coordinating safe, high quality care to improve the health care experience of children and their families.

You will use your knowledge and expertise to develop and promote best practice and patient safety by taking the leadership role in driving standards of paediatric nursing practice, audit, quality initiative, service development, safeguarding and training and development.
