**Procare Regional Specialist** to join the Proseal team in Cheshire. Working within the sales department and along-side our current Procare Regional Specialist, you will initially be reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director who is keen to get someone onboard who has a can-do attitude and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
Your role as
**Procare Regional Specialist** carries with it a certain level of responsibility. As you will be visiting customer sites, you must always present a strong image of the company.
**Responsibilities**:
Your key tasks will be
- Within the given geographical region, pro-actively manage and grow the revenue of Procare contracts at existing customers, through all communication channels and direct site visits
- Work with the appropriate Sales/Key Account Manager where applicable
- Manage and interpret customer requirements - listen to clients and understand, anticipate, and fulfil their needs
- Provide the customer with formal written quotations and any technical and supporting information as required
- Feedback into the business any continuous improvements relating to the process and service we offer
- Assist and take ownership of annual forecasts for ProCare contracts within given region
- Dealing with urgent customer issues relating to the delivery of ProCare
- Maintaining up-to-date customer information within the CRM and salesforce, as defined by management
- Prepare and submit reports as defined by management
- Collaborate with the JBT products group and Proseal sales team to identify “cross selling” opportunities
- Where required, speak at, and attend company seminars
- Any other duties as and when required
As our
**Procare Regional Specialist, **we would like you to be able to deliver results in a confident manner, be self-motivated and can work independently. We need someone who has excellent time and diary management.
Qualifications:
If you have previous experience of selling service contracts in the past this would be beneficial however, if you have some experience in sales and are looking to develop yourself within the team, please apply:
- Competent in the use of MS products and learning new systems
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in delivering sales and providing business development in an aftersales environment (desirable)
- Previous experience of a fast-paced manufacturing organisation or with the food industry/ packaging equipment (desirable)
- Technical background with strong qualification history
- Higher level of education (A Level or above)
