- **assist with the sufficiency of SEND school and Alternative Provision places** across areas of Hampshire and out of County. You will support in developing strategies for implementation and liaise with service providers in shaping the provider market to facilitate service developments that meet current and future needs in line with policy direction.- You will work with key stakeholders and service users to understand need and demand and help develop innovative and cost-effective service models which meet identified needs developing new SEND schools, SEND schools expansions and existing markets.- You will support the implementation and development of pro-active and responsive quality assurance processes across commissioned services for Children, including responding robustly to concerns about individual placements and providers.- Applicants should be confident in using and
