Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm with one hour lunch.
The duties would be:
- Customer Service
- Answering incoming calls from customers reporting faults with their equipment
- Supporting engineers
- Booking engineers out to solve the faults
- Dealing with Customer enquiries
- Planning engineer’s diary
- Prioritising work load
- Ability to use CRM system updating information being prompt and accurate
- General administrative duties
