Hearing Department Administrator

Mersona Limited is an established manufacturing and distribution centre; providing a dedicated service to the Scrivens Optical and Hearing Care Group.
As an Administrator with our Hearing Team, you will be part of the group responsible for supporting our hearing business by assisting branch associates, controlling product stocks, communicating with providers and looking after our essential care customers. All tasks are to be completed in a timely, courteous and professional manner, whilst maintaining great relationships with branch staff.
Principle duties include, but are not limited to:
- Liaising with hearing product providers pertinent to new orders or warranties.
- Maintaining system records and updating information.
- Collating equipment ‘kits’ for branch audiologists.
- Frequently speaking with branch hearing associates and supporting their requirements.
- Picking and packaging essential care products for distribution.
- Undertaking minor repairs and updating hearing aid settings.
Experience is not required as ‘on-the-job’ training will be provided by our dynamic and friendly team.

- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Methodical and systematic approach.
- Be able to work in a busy and fast paced environment.
- IT literate (familiar with Microsoft Office tools - Word / Excel).
- Good time keeping and attendance.
6 month’s probationary period with performance review.
20 day’s annual leave, plus Bank Holidays.

**Salary**: From £20,319.00 per year
