We are recruiting for an excellent customer service administrator to join our customers team based in Halesowen.
Working 8:30am - 5pm, you will form part of an integral team that provides support to its customers and suppliers for the whole business.
**THE ROLE**:
- liaising with customers/suppliers regarding deliveries of raw materials and end products
- inputting all information onto system to keep accurate in real time
**THE SUCCESSFUL PERSON**:
- You will have previous experience from a manufacturing/engineering office background
- You will have excellent communication skills
- you will love being busy and prioritising workload throughout the day
- You will have excellent computer skills
- You will be a team player
In return our client offers an excellent basic salary, long with a £1500 bonus ( paid in 2 increments over the year), excellent modern working environment, the ability to learn/train to progress your career within this department.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00 per year
