Purchasing Administrator FM Services Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Purchasing Administrator/FM Services Estimator to join our team at CV Library.

This role requires someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a hard-working and proactive approach.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Engineers and Customers to gather detailed information on required works
  • Contact multiple suppliers to obtain quotations for parts and components
  • Compile information to submit accurate quotations
  • Chase outstanding quotation requests in a timely manner
  • Perform general administrative duties as required
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the FM industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and bespoke systems
Salary and Package:

The salary for this role is approximately £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
