**Helpdesk Coordinator
- 28k-32k - Wimbledon**

As Helpdesk Coordinator - working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment your responsibilities will be varied and will include:

- Answering phone calls from customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Using third party supplier systems to order parts for our customers
- Coordinating with the company service providers to arrange services for customers.
- Logging jobs on the system in accordance with conversations that you have with customers.
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

To fulfil the role of Helpdesk Coordinator you will have / be:

- Previous experience within a Helpdesk environment (preferred)
- Exceptionally competent Administrator
- Very clear and concise communication skills demonstrating strong customer service capabilities.
- Experience in CRM systems
- Experience in Click an advantage
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient IT skills

Salary 28k-32k, based local to Wimbledon. Free parking plus annual bonus

Immediate start, permanent position, to be based within the offices.
