**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Leading transformative initiatives, collaborating closely with Global Process Owners to align and enhance strategic business processes within the realms of Risk and Finance.
- Utilising expertise in agile delivery, stakeholder management, and process simplification to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Leveraging analytical skills and proficiency in process mapping tools to assess customer and business requirements, researching potential solutions, and making recommendations for process enhancement.
- Leading workshops with business stakeholders to define target state processes and ownership models, creating comprehensive Business Operating Model documents.
- Driving a focus on continuous improvement, employing Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to diagnose, design, and implement process optimizations across Finance Change programs.
- Maintaining a vigilant approach to continuously reviewing processes, ensuring their currency, adherence to relevant regulations, and alignment with organizational policies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process transformation and simplification within Risk and Finance.
- Strong analytical and interpretation skills for deriving actionable insights from complex data.
- Proven track record in agile delivery methodologies for adaptive process management.
- Proficiency in process mapping using tools like Visio or BlueWorks.
