About the Role

Burns Sheehan, a rapidly expanding real estate organisation, is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Transformation Specialist to support their ERP replacement and digital transformation project. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Programme Director and liaise with stakeholders across the company to document current processes and define, document, and embed a new process transformation framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document and analyse current business processes in Commercial Real Estate, Lease Management, and Finance
  • Develop and implement a new process transformation framework to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new processes
  • Provide business analysis and process improvement recommendations to senior management
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Commercial Real Estate, Lease Management, and Finance
  • Strong business analysis and process improvement skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in process documentation tools such as ARIS, Visio, and Blueworks

What We Offer

Burns Sheehan offers a competitive daily rate of £600 (OUTSIDE IR35) and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and expanding organisation. This is an initial 6-month contract, highly likely to be extended.
