Job description
**Salted Orange Food Company **is a leading bespoke outside catering company that is based in Hykeham. We do events all over the county and beyond and these can include; weddings, corporate buffets, parties, public events and private dining. Our food is made to the highest standard and the sky is the limit in terms of what we can do for our customers. This is also matched with having a great team who put customers at ease and provide a friendly and professional service. We are looking for a diligent, proactive and enthusiastic individual to join the team as an event coordinator and oversee the events branch of the company.

Roles and responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the overall planning, management and execution of our events.
- Organising pick lists dictated by client request.
- Setting up and delivering events, adhering to client specification.
- Undertaking manual labour roles from time to time to ensure the seamless running of the company.
- Working with initiative to further your role and the future of Salted Orange.

**Requirements**:

- Aged 18 and over to be able to serve and buy alcohol
- Must speak fluent English
- Bar and Events Experience
- Stock Management Experiance
- **Full UK Driving license** with own transportation. You should also be open to occasionally driving one of our vans.
- Be flexible to work the hours required by the business which will change weekly
- Have kitchen experience and basic food hygiene knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills with experience as we are proud of our high standards and 5-star customer reviews
- Must adhere to health & safety and food safety procedures
- Excellent team working and communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week
