**Liaises with**:
Patients, and carers, Independent Advocacy, Executive Directors, Non-Executive Directors, Service Directors, Business Support Managers,

Investigating Managers, all staff levels within the Trust, partner agencies and organisations, Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, Care Quality Commission, Trust Legal advisers and solicitors.

To assist the Incidents Team in the efficient and effective management of incident handling at the Trust.

The post holder will provide a range of administrative support, including the deployment of secretarial skills.

Supporting the incident team with incident management. This includes:
Reviewing and approving incidents

Taking minutes

Producing meeting agendas

CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.
