There is a great opportunity for some exceptional individuals living in Greater Manchester to join and support our Community Diagnostics Caentre (CDC) care navigator team based at Withington. The roles will be pivotal in delivering a new initiative, ensuring the people of Manchester have access to the right services at the right time in the right location.

The role is to be a patient facing, supportive role and to interface with patients ensuring they understand the patient pathway on arrival and have, where possible, any questions answered
