**Job Title: Business Administration Assistant**

**Location: Leeds, LS3**

**Duration: Temporary (6 months)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.
- **Data Management**: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments as needed.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain documentation related to educational programs, student records, and other relevant materials.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to facilitate effective communication and teamwork.

**Requirements**:

- **Previous Experience**: Proven experience in a business administration role, with a focus on educational settings.
- **DBS Check**: A valid Enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this role.
- **Organisational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **IT Proficiency**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
