**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a relationship with each client based on confidence, trust, and respect with sensitivity for the customs, practices, culture, and personal beliefs of others whilst maintaining the distinction between a personal and professional capacity.
- Work flexibly and to timescales when communicating with clients. Constantly strive for ways to give our clients more than they expect in line with the Avensure way.
- Visit client’s sites when authorised to do so to complete consultations in relation to their HR documentation.
- Prepare and issue to client’s appropriate bespoke relevant documentation in relation to the needs of the client.
- Keep up to date with developments in employment legislation, human resources best practice and relevant case law.
- Share knowledge within the team to ensure continuous development and improvement in the service offered and ensure that every member of the team contributes to achieving the common goals in line with the company Code of Conduct
- Keep continuous and clear records of communications with clients or prospective clients on a contemporaneous manner, using the Company’s CRM (Odyssey).
- Safeguard all confidential, commercially sensitive, or personal data
- Participate fully in appropriate training activities and encourage and support team members in their development and training
- Liaise with clients, within 48 hours of them signing their contract to arrange a convenient telephone consultation or on-site meeting for the initial review.
- Conduct the initial review telephone consultation or meeting to establish and record the current working practices of the client.
- Identify any gaps or conflicts that may exist with current legislation and agree how these can be dealt with.
- Critique any current documentation in place to assess its fitness for purpose.
- Produce a new set of bespoke Terms and Conditions/Handbooks that are fully compliant with legislation and the company standards

**Skills & Experince**
- You will have strong knowledge and experience in offering advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of employee relations.
- Strong Adminstartion Skills
- Strong written and communications skills
- You will have up to date knowledge and experience in HR/employment law with a commercial mind-set.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
