Growth Marketing Specialist

**Event Planning and Execution**:
- Organise and manage conference operations across multiple regions and ensure seamless event execution across multiple regions in EMEA.
- Develop comprehensive event strategies, including budgeting, logistics, and PR activities, tailored for higher education and early career audiences.
- Strong understanding of utilising social media platforms to engage with target audiences to drive event attendance, track campaign performance and quantify ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design impactful sales pitches and product demos tailored for specific events and partner organisations.
**Integrated Marketing Campaigns**:
- Create and implement integrated communications strategies to enhance Handshake's brand presence.
- Design and execute media promotions for conference appearances using various platforms, including social media.
- Develop post-event marketing and financial reports, providing insights on KPIs and ROI to senior leadership.
**Sales and Partner Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the Sales team to align field marketing activities with sales goals and initiatives.
- Design and execute strategies to promote Handshake to university students and
- Manage partnerships with key stakeholders to optimise event outcomes and enhance Handshake's visibility in the market.
**Your experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from a UK university
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field marketing or a related role.
- Proven track record of organising and managing events.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working closely with Sales and Brand teams.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
