Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the online P&L, accountable for delivering both top- and bottom-line growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across acquisition, retention, and e-commerce, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead performance marketing efforts, including paid social, search, CRM, email, affiliates, and organic growth initiatives.
  • Build and optimise robust global e-commerce trading calendars and Go-To-Market initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve customer acquisition and lifetime value, and measure ROI.
  • Guide CRM and marketing automation strategies to enhance customer segmentation, retention, and acquisition.
  • Influence product roadmaps, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and optimization goals are met.
  • Oversee marketing performance reporting, leveraging KPIs and analytics to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage relationships with third-party partners to maximize growth opportunities.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading growth or marketing teams, ideally in founder-led, premium-positioned, or PE-backed businesses.
  • Strategic Expertise: 2–10+ years in senior growth or marketing roles with experience in driving significant revenue growth across multiple markets and channels.
  • Digital Savvy: Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and channels, including SEM, display, social, and CRM.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong data and analytics skills, capable of turning insights into actionable strategies and presenting findings clearly.
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecast effectively, and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Industry Experience: Consumer brand experience, ideally in lifestyle, wellness, or retail sectors.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Skilled in managing and mentoring teams, fostering innovation, and promoting a performance-driven culture.
