Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our marketing strategy and drive revenue growth in a fast-growing B2B financial publishing business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy across subscription & intelligence products, events, and client marketing solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that drives revenue growth and expands market share.
  2. Lead a team of four marketers, providing support for career development, goal-setting, and quarterly performance evaluations.
  3. Manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal allocation and efficiency.
  4. Presentation of results and insights to commercial stakeholders.
  5. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years' experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on publishing and subscriptions.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, or similar preferred.
  • Strong team management experience.
  • Experience working with sales / business development functions.
  • Significant experience in data analysis and converting data into meaningful insights.
  • Significant experience working in analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Experience in owned, earned, and paid marketing channels.
  • IT literate; MS Office, advanced Excel.
Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum
