Head of Marketing and Growth

We are seeking a Head of Marketing and Growth to lead our marketing efforts and drive business development at McKinlay Law.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to raise the profile of the firm and win new business.
- Managing and mentoring a team of marketers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform our marketing strategy.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will contribute to the overall direction and success of McKinlay Law. In return, we offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of £80,000 - £100,000, depending on experience.
