**Job description**:
We are looking for enthusiastic Stakeholder Managers who are passionate about helping others and the environment to join our team at the Rural Payments Agency (RPA).

As a stakeholder manager you will build and maintain good relationships with the people who have most impact on your work.

You will need be comfortable communicating, influencing, and presenting ideas effectively to gain support from internal and external stakeholders.

The role will include guiding important stakeholder groups while handling diverse tasks and interacting with different audiences to achieve RPAs goals and expectations.

Some roles may include Line management of a dispersed team and there may be the requirement for regular travel.

We intend to hold a reserve list for 12 months which we will use to recruit roles that may come available within this skills family.

**Essential Criteria**
- Engaging and communicating with stakeholders, adapting styles to meet audience requirements using a variety of platforms. Often needing to translate technical data into easily to understand information.
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders understanding all needs.
- Be confident in decision making.
- Gathering and using data and insight to evaluate and make improvements. Designing and testing new systems and processes.
- Reviewing information to resolve issues within tight deadlines, prioritising urgent matters as needed.
- Planning and delivering work to a high standard adapting to change and feedback.
- Promoting and enabling a culture of continuous improvement within the Agency
