They are looking to join their HR team and take a focus on the wellbeing strategy. This role will join their Group HR team and become a become a key member of their team of 7.
This is a role that is at the ‘cutting edge’ of HR and will appeal to anyone that has an interest in wellbeing and want to make positive changes in this area.
Salary = £26-28,000 per annum

This HR team is embedding a new culture known as People, Planet, Purpose. They are currently recruiting for a HR Project Support team member to assist in implementing People initiatives, including the creation and implementation of a wellbeing strategy,the benefits process and communication, as well as ensuring accurate and relevant data for the People team, including the use of engagement surveys.
This is a varied and interesting role in where you will be given the chance to proactively drive culture and create a real impact for the business, within a supportive team and a company with long-term vision, which cares about its people and the planet.
**Duties include**:
- Responsible for the creation and deliverables of the Wellbeing Strategy alongside the People Operations team
- Flexible benefits communications and process.
- To be responsible for developing, monitoring and updating necessary spreadsheets and systems, providing accurate and timely data reports when required.
- To undertake reporting and analysis of people data
- To conduct initial research into HR-related projects.
- Working closely with the HR Business Partner and support when required
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
- Alongside People Assistant ensuring comms (including Intranet are kept up to date and engaging)
- Will have previous HR project experience
- Ideally within wellbeing or a similar area would be desirable but not essential
- Proficient in Excel and experience of data analytics (PowerBI would be a bonus)
- Ability to proactively project plan and prioritise is essential
- CIPD Qualification preferred but not essential
- Results orientated with high attention to detail
- Able to manage time and the demands of numerous tasks effectively
