In this role you’ll be responsible for providing administrative support to our quality management teams. You’ll be in charge of making sure we keep a record of actions that our teams have taken after the investigation of incidents, complaints. You’ll also help prepare documents when we need to make submissions to our regulators or respond information requests.

About you:
You have a common-sense approach to work, you’re a good learner, you pick things up and keep developing yourself.

If you are organised, like planning things and being ready well in advance - those skills will come in handy. You use your initiative, you’re proactive in your approach to work. You don’t react to events, you’re proactive in making sure they don’t happen.

You have fantastic administration skills and are good at keeping records. You have great attention to detail; you may even describe yourself at meticulous.

Location/Benefits:
This is a full-time role based our Plymouth clinic (10 William Prance Road, Plymouth PL6 5WR), however there will be a need to work from our Cardiff clinic for a few days each month (Rhodfa Marics, Ely Meadows CF72 8XL).
