**HOURS OF WORK: 08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00 and 10:00-18:00 **on rotational basis. Monday - Friday (37.5hrs per week)

**AIM OF THE ROLE**:
To provide clerical and administrative support for the Remote ECG Services Department, in line with the Company’s quality procedures and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

**JOB PROFILE**:
The role requires good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the post holder being computer literate. The post also requires a high standard of literacy and numeracy. Due to the nature of the work, and in the interests of patient care, there is a need for absolute accuracy at all times and adherence to the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). In turn this requires the post holder to be committed, conscientious and motivated at all times and able to work effectively as a member of a team.

**JOB DUTIES**:
General administrative procedures to include;
- Filing and maintenance of records as appropriate
- Undertaking Quality Control checking procedures
- Receipt and logging of incoming telephone calls and making/returning calls as necessary.
- Data Entry.
- Completion of the departmental Daily and Weekly Checklists
- Liaising with Clients and other external organization's
- Understanding and working to the Company’s rigorous quality procedures and GCP in respect of administrative procedures.

Any other duties commensurate to the level of the post

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintenance of Personal Training Record
- Attend relevant study days and courses as necessary in addition to personal research to further your individual and professional development (CPD).
- Protecting and Safeguarding of personal/sensitive information within the department.

**Job Types**: Full-time (37.5hrs)

**Salary**: starting salary £22, 348 p.a. rising to £22,801 p.a. upon successful completion of 6 month probation period.

This role is for a Admin Assistant with in our Remote ECG department.
