Core Duties

  • People Management: Participate in interview panels and provide training support.
  • Resource Management: Oversee stock control and ensure equipment safety.

  • Service User Assistance: Facilitate meeting organization, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess a strong typing speed.
  • Experience in a secretarial or personal assistant role, with expertise in diary management and meeting coordination.
  • Holds a Vocational Level 3 qualification and is proficient in audio typing.
  • Knowledgeable in administrative procedures, effective communication, and familiar with NHS operations.
