Our client operate their own fleet which means we can deliver or collect goods quickly, managing demurrage and quay rent costs. Due to continued growth they are looking for a self motivated individual to join their team.

Customs Coordinator Position Overview
- Working alongside your International Department Colleagues to ensure the whole customer journey with FSEW is smooth and to the highest standard.
- Account Management of all Customs related business.
- Developing the Customs services FSEW have to offer.
- Assisting your International Colleagues with existing Import business when needed.
- Communicating with Shipping and Airline Lines for Customs procedures.
- Communicating with customers and suppliers for Customs procedures.
- All administration of customs bookings.
- Dealing with new and existing queries.
- Day to Day administration and housekeeping.
- Covering colleague where necessary for sickness / holidays.
- Any other reasonable task given to you for the benefit of the Company.

Customs Coordinator Position Requirements
- Previous experience in Customs
- Previous customer service experience
- Previously worked for a Freight Forwarding company
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure

Customs Coordinator Position Remuneration
- Salary: £28k-£30k
- Monday - Friday
- 8:30am - 17:00pm
