**Purpose of Job**:
To promote the company’s services in a professional and FCA compliant manner by being the first point of contact on the telephone, meeting and greeting clients and visitors in our Canterbury Office. Working in collaboration with colleagues while maintaining professional composure throughout interactions with clients.

**Key Accountabilities**:
To support the company by being first point of contact on the telephone. Meeting and greeting face to face clients and visitors at our Canterbury Office and dealing with their needs. Responsible for office correspondence distribution among multiple locations.
- To welcome clients and visitors, supporting their needs by answering queries or directing them to the appropriate office.
- To answer all incoming calls where possible, answering queries and convey messages across the firm if necessary.
- Deal with all the company postal distribution as required.
- To maintain office supplies.
- To maintain the reception area of our main Canterbury Office.

**To support the business in ensuring business continuity in role.**
- Cover for absent colleagues if appropriate.
- Carry out reasonable request of tasks required by the Management Team in an efficient and courteous manner.

**To engage in a positive attitude that promotes a robust risk management approach.**
- Report any errors and omissions to the Compliance Manager.
- Report any breaches to the data manager.
- Report any complaints to the Compliance Manager.
- Comply with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly.

**Skills and Experience**:
**Qualifications**:

- GSCE’s or equivalent to include English & Maths at Grade C or Grade 4 and above.

**Experience/Knowledge**:

- 1 year’s relevant professional experience in a financial institution, preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience in a related role advantageous.
- Previous experience using Intelliflo Office would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
