KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sending out for quotes from suppliers
- Liaising and taking calls from service engineers
- Updating service log and generating recalls
- Processing Time sheets
- Liaising with Service Manager.
- Maintenance quotes to customers for Yearly Maintenance
- Logging all maintenance calls and updating Maintenance register
- Price all remedial works after Maintenance and quote
- Ordering stock and tools for engineers
- Check all deliveries and make sure all correct and marked up for each customer
- Processing Rams for customers
- Processing and pricing worksheets - before sending to line manager for invoicing
- Ensuring all paperwork and photographs for Companies we are sub contracted to is complete and sent to Company on a daily basis
- Liaise with above Companies if works have any issues etc on behalf of engineer
- Deal with any customer queries
- Maintenance paperwork - ensure all packs are ready and works are to be carried out within timescale

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Computer literate to a basic standard
- Attention to detail
- Motivated and enthusiastic
