Our client is looking for a Client Service Administrator for a permanent position, located in Aberdeen.

**ROLE**

The purpose of the Client Servicing Specialist is to manage and maintain an excellent relationship with our clients, ensuring their needs are met by arranging annual reviews with their advisers in the practice. They are a key link between the client and advisers playing a vital role overseeing the whole client servicing proposition for the practice.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Client Servicing:

- Undertake client calls to schedule regular review appointments with financial advisers and manage diaries accordingly.
- Effective management of the new client servicing process which has come in following consumer duty.
- Complete Post Review Letters for advisers which is an overview of the clients review meeting.
- Ensure advisers complete and document quality client meetings in accordance with the practice policy and targets.
- Accurate data input to CRM system and proactively analyse data to deliver excellent client service and high client satisfaction.
- Regular review of SalesForce system to ensure data quality standards are maintained.
- Produce and distribute effective internal and external communications for the practice.
- Plan, manage & execute client surveys.
- Support the Leadership Team with client service strategy and processes.
- Responsibility for processing client fund switches and withdrawal requests.
- Dealing with bereavement cases, including liaison with family, SJP & solicitors where necessary.
- Ad hoc admin duties as required.

**REQUIREMENTS**

We expect the Client Servicing Specialist will demonstrate the following:

- Strong administration experience
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Customer Focus - Keeping the client’s needs and satisfaction at the forefront of all interactions and decisions.
- Communication Skills - Ability to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs and conveying information clearly and concisely.
- Relationship Building - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Adaptability - Being flexible and adaptable to different client personalities, preferences and situations.
- Attention to Detail - Being meticulous in handling client information, requests, and documentation to ensure accuracy and quality service delivery.
- SalesForce super user creating and maintaining reports.
- Knowledge of financial products
- Strong awareness of company values, services and long-term goals
- Strong willingness to be an active participant in team activities - team player.

We expect that the Client Servicing Specialist will be a competent user of the following:

- Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- CRM experience / database management systems
