**What is the role?**

Persimmon Homes requires a Trainee Project Officer / Partnership Delivery Manager to join our Partnership Homes team, reporting to our Head of Partnership Homes (South). Based in our Thames Valley (Camberley) Office, operating across Persimmon Homes Southern Regions.

**The role will include**:

- Engage and complete an internal training programme delivered by the Head of Partnership Homes
- Assisting the Head of Partnership Homes in seeking offers for our Affordable Homes
- Supporting the Head of Partnership Homes in researching relevant Local Authority Housing Policies
- Collating information to support the Head of Partnership Homes in ensuring contracts are exchanged in a timely manner
- Conducting engagement and relationship management with Local Authorities and Registered Providers to support our Core Values
- Supporting the Head of Partnership Homes in building positive and constructive relationships across the Operating Companies within Persimmon

**What we need from you?**
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, willingness to learn, able to work under own initiative with good time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Communication skills both written and verbal
- Research skills and attention to detail. Ability to interpret and critically analyse documents to provide concise summaries
- An ability to influence and negotiate
- As a minimum educated to A level standard or equivalent
- Driving Licence is required and an ability to travel regionally and also nationally where required
- An interest in areas of Housebuilding
