This position is located at 3 Royal School of Military Engineering (RSME). We offer a role that challenges and has a high engagement tempo with all Permanent Staff and Trainees across the establishment. 3 RSME is an exciting and fast-paced place to work. The department provides pivotal support to all members of personnel.

**Job description**:
The role supports the Driver Training Cell as well as supporting the IHub Manager in delivery of IT services across the unit. Providing administration ensuring all procedures are done in an efficient and diligent manner. Responsible for the input, management and administrative support of trainee personal data for those entering the Royal Engineers driver training pipeline including vetting of provisional licences and issuing course joining instructors.

We will provide on the job training in the use of all RSME IT systems.

To provide effective Administration to Minley Station in the following areas:

- Receive driving licences - check and record details onto department databases.
- Resolve licence issues with DVLA in timely manner.
- Management and loading of all driver theory and practical courses.
- Control the movement of driving licences for all trade groups.

***Support the iHub Manager on request in the following support functions:

- Organise and maintain Team sites in SharePoint
- Exploitation of the Self-Service Group Management (SSGM) tool to maintain secure access groups in SharePoint.
- Advise users on the advantages and capabilities of collaborative working.
- Manage unit electronic Ways of Working in accordance with local Information Management plan.
- Where delegated by the iHub Manager, managing records in accordance with Departmental regulations**.**:

- Assist with all IT system moves and act as the Authorised Demander and Local Security Officer.
- Advise on ad hoc IT queries as they arise.
- Any other duties commensurate with grade and experience as directed by Line Manager.
