**About the role**:
Are you a self-motivated administrator who is ready to support the Home Counties Wastewater Pumping and Network Teams. This role will be key in helping to keep the departments fully organised and operating smoothly.
You will be down to earth, sociable, and able to engage with the teams based over a wide area. Having a can-do attitude, you will need to work calmly is a busy and rapidly changing environment.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Raise and process shopping carts in SAP to allow purchase of goods and services.
- File and maintain data in accordance GDRP, business procedures and agreed standards.
- Attend regular site meetings across the Home Counties estate
- Working with Delivery Manager ensure orders raised are compliant within our budgetary standards. Where issues arise investigate and amend.
- Using SheraCloud (Safeguard) run reports to show in month performance of teams and individuals
**What You’ll bring to the role**:
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be loyal and trustworthy with a friendly, sociable approach
- Be highly organised with a professional nature
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have a driving licence
