My client is looking for an Administrator to join a new Hard Facilities Management contract within the MOD part of their business.
You will initially be involved in the mobilisation of the contract and then in August the contract will go live. This is a permanent position based in Camberley, North West Surrey.
The salary on offer is £25,000 to £28,000 and is a full time position Monday to Friday.
Administrative role to assist with core works administration and support the commercial and operational teams.
- Managing data input to the systems
- Managing report information and keeping info up to date
- Supporting the various members of the team to keep key information up to date
- General Administrative duties (Minutes for meetings, conference room bookings, meter readings etc)
- Keeping on top of stationary, supplies and welfare facilities etc.
**Experience Required**
- Preferred previous experience in similar administration role
- Good communication skills
- Team working skills
- Logical and detailed approach to work with a high attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office experience including Excel
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
