**ADMINISTRATOR**

Our clients are looking forward to welcoming a capable Administrator with confident computer skills and some previous office admin skills to join their team.

Salary £23-25K depending on experience + benefits including free on-site parking

Key responsibilities for the Administrator include,
- Creating service invoices
- Creating services quotes and converting orders
- Updating and sending contracts renewal letters
- Coordinate Field Service visits and appointments with Customers
- Coordinate contracts communications
- Assisting with Stock checks on Field Engineer Vehicles
- Provide support to sales team as required

The ideal Administrator will need the following,
- Confident Word, Excel, Outlook skills
- Have some previous office based administrative experience
- Confident verbal/written communication skills
- Good level of accuracy and attention to detail essential

This role would suit an ambitious Administrator who is keen on building on their skills and looking for long-term development and progression

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
