Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
At Babcock International Group, we're working to create a safe and secure world, together. As a Technical Administrator, you'll play a vital role in providing administrative support across the Royal School of Military Engineering (RSME) Contract.
The Role
You'll be responsible for providing administrative support to one supervisor at a time, raising purchase orders, resolving queries, maintaining and updating documentation and systems. You'll also handle service support desk queries and deal with incoming maintenance issues, assigning cases to the relevant engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and process day-to-day requests and queries in a professional, positive, and enthusiastic manner
- Support continuous improvement within the department and contribute towards the RSME contracts' continuous improvement target
- Provide cover and deputise for other team members during times of absence
- Carry out any other task deemed within your area of competence
Requirements
We're looking for someone with good administrative skills and previous experience working in a similar role within a busy customer-focused organisation. You'll also need experience working with management information systems and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
