**ROLE OVERVIEW**
Supporting the Delta client base as the first point of contact for incoming daily requests
Outbound contact to the Delta client base for supplier and product updates.
Resolution management alongside account managers to deliver a great service and maintain good relationships.
Assisting other departments when required as the business evolves and undertakes new projects.

- Strong resolution management and the ability to identify solutions for our client requests.
- Able to communicate clearly & concisely, both internally as well as externally with clients and suppliers.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations.
- Flexibility to work both in our Camberley office and remotely.
