Sheltered Housing Officer

BDS (Northern) Limited is seeking a skilled Sheltered Housing Officer to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to residents in our retirement complex.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting Residents with Tenancy Changes: Collaborate with residents to address changes to their tenancies, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
- Proactive Engagement: Engage with residents to address rent and service charge arrears, promoting timely payments and reducing debt.
- Responding to Tenancy Breaches: Empathetically respond to tenancy breaches, including anti-social behavior, to maintain a positive and respectful living environment.
- Reporting and Raising Repairs: Effectively report and raise repairs, ensuring that maintenance issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Assisting with Lettings and Allocations: Assist with lettings and allocations, ensuring that residents are matched with suitable accommodations.
