BDS (Northern) Limited is seeking a skilled Sheltered Housing Officer to join our team at a retirement complex in Camberley. This is a permanent, part-time role, requiring 17.5 hours of work between 3 and 5 days per week, with a competitive hourly rate of £17.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting Residents with Tenancy Changes: Provide assistance to residents with modifications to their tenancies, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Proactive Engagement with Residents: Engage with residents to address rent and service charge arrears, promoting timely payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Responding to Tenancy Breaches: Respond empathetically to tenancy breaches, including anti-social behavior, while maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor.
- Reporting and Raising Repairs: Effectively report and raise repairs, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Assisting with Lettings and Allocations: Provide support with lettings and allocations, ensuring that the process is carried out in a fair and transparent manner.
