Housing Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Officer to join our team at Adecco. As a Housing Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing complex cases.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with residents and provide them with assistance and guidance on housing matters.
- Manage a caseload of vulnerable people, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively.
- Support residents with tenancy changes, including transfers and terminations.
- Collaborate with external agencies, such as local authorities and support services, to provide holistic support to our residents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with GDPR regulations.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to engage and empathise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably within a housing context.
- The ability to manage complex cases and work with vulnerable individuals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Resilience and the ability to adapt to change positively.
- A flexible approach to work and a willingness to travel when needed.
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
- A competitive annual salary starting from £38,000.
