About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Officer to join our team at Adecco. As a Housing Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing complex cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with residents and provide them with assistance and guidance on housing matters.
  • Manage a caseload of vulnerable people, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively.
  • Support residents with tenancy changes, including transfers and terminations.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, such as local authorities and support services, to provide holistic support to our residents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to engage and empathise with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably within a housing context.
  • The ability to manage complex cases and work with vulnerable individuals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Resilience and the ability to adapt to change positively.
  • A flexible approach to work and a willingness to travel when needed.
  • A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
