**What is the role?**

Persimmon Homes requires a Trainee Project Officer / Partnership Delivery Manager to join our Partnership Homes team, reporting to our Group Partnership Homes Manager, based in our Thames Valley Office and operating across Persimmon Homes Southern Regions.

**The role will include**:

- Assisting the Group Partnership Homes Manager in seeking offers from Registered Providers for our Affordable Homes
- Supporting the Group Partnership Homes Manager in researching relevant Local Authority Housing Policies and Housing Need Surveys in order to inform suitable Affordable Housing Mixes for discussion into development of layouts with regional Land and Planning Teams
- Collating information to support the Group Partnership Homes Manager in ensuring that RP contracts are exchanged in a timely manner
- Conducting engagement and relationship management with Local Authority Enablers and RP’s to support our Core Values
- Supporting the Group Partnership Homes Manager in building positive and constructive relationships with the Operating Companies within Persimmon

**What we need from you?**
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, willingness to learn, able to work under own initiative with good time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Good research skills and attention to detail. Able to interpret, critically analyse documents and provide concise summaries
- An ability to influence and negotiate
- As a minimum educated to A level standard or equivalent
- Driving Licence is required, an ability to travel regionally and also nationally on occasion
- An interest in Housebuilding
