Key Responsibilities

Manage potential clients through various channels. Qualify leads via phone calls, emails, and CRM systems. Collaborate with sales for effective lead generation. Provide exceptional customer service. Advise on and arrange regulated and non-regulated mortgage contracts.

What We’re Looking For

Being driven and self-motivated. Good telephone manner, strong relationship building and customer service skills. Ability to use your own initiative and problem solve quickly and efficiently. Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal. IT literate (MS Office, Excel and Outlook).
