Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator

We have created a new position to help us build a great working environment for all our teams. If you are well organised with high attention to detail, have the ability to prioritise differing types of tasks and a positive approach to customer service then this may be the opportunity for you. This is a mix of administration and co-ordination activities, woking within a technical setting, therefore there are lots of ways to develop this role in the future.
Your job will be to manage our internal requests database, where all employees can post requests for support, and then to liaise with internal and/or external maintenance teams to resolve the issue.
Core Responsibilities include:
- Coordination and distribution of employee requests to suitable solution providers
- Management of Tooling Calibration process involving liaison with engineers/ operations teams and external partners.
- Close working partnership with Operations Management teams to plan and schedule machine maintenance
- Weekly reporting on activities and progress
- General administration activity within the facilities and tooling teams.
- Liaise with Supply Chain team to ensure supplier performance is to-standard and within budget.

- Good organisational skills
- Microsoft Office experience, especially Word & Excel
- ERP systems experience and an awareness of engineering/manufacturing is advantageous but not necessary

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
