**Salary**: £11-13 per hour depending on experience

**Overall job purpose**

You will be responsible for the seamless, accurate and efficient 'on-boarding’ of new business to the firm. You will work directly for the directors and senior managers to be that all-important first impression of the firm post fee acceptance. You will reportto the Finance Manager.

Your main duties will include
- preparing quotes, letters of engagements, collecting Anti-Money Laundering due diligence, preparing professional clearance requests, first draft risk assessments, CDD reports and client relationship plans, setting clients upon all relevant systems, and liaising with clients to ensure everything is in place for our services to run smoothly from the 'get go’. There will also be an element of client record management.

You will be proactive and keen to take ownership of this important role.

- To be able to work efficiently and effectively with a range of clients
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Well-developed people skills to relate to clients and colleagues
- Good organisational and time management skills
- A "can do" attitude to everything IT- Strong Word, Excel and experience with client data systems
- A keenness to own the task of "onboarding" in its entirety and to assist where needed with other administrative tasks
- The ability to support the management team with seamless internal support skills that embody Revel’s mission statement and values
- The flexibility and keenness to support the management team with other ad hoc administrative services where necessary including but not limited to personal assistant tasks

**Key Performance Measures**
- Delivery of high-quality administrative services and overall service experience to clients
- Deadlines are met
- Adherence to the firm’s procedures and policies
- Flexibility towards hours of work and tasks performed including assisting other staff e.g. dealing with urgent tasks at short notice when required
- To keep confidential any information obtained concerning the business affairs of the Firm, its staff and clients
- Portray the Firm in accordance with its Mission Statement and Values
