Key Responsibilities

Responding to HR enquiries via telephone and email Following the administration processes for new starters, contract changes and leavers; issuing documents, monitoring return, ensuring all checks completed are accurately and done in good time. Keeping stakeholders updated Collating of monthly overtime and inputting into payroll software (iTrent) Managing the retention of employee documents and records in line with GDPR obligations Providing HR information for reference requests Recruitment and on-boarding process; collating recruitment information from line managers, drafting adverts and listing on recruitment platforms, preparing schedules for interviews, completing pre-recruitment checks, liaising with the recruiting line manager and candidates. Collating and monitoring new starter information and input into the school’s SCR Monitor expiry of fixed term contracts and internal processes. Sending documentation to line managers and collating the return Working with a range of IT systems and applications including Word, Excel, an HR and Payroll System (iTrent) General office administration such as employee filing
